Offices

The Offices module manages sites or business units (sites) belonging to an organization. Each Office typically corresponds to a Sensor or a specific geographic location.

Purpose

  • Manage locations, agent counts, and operational status per Office.

Dashboard

Shows key metrics: Total Offices, Total Alerts, Total Active Agents, Total Inactive Agents.

Tags & filtering

  • Assign tags to an Office (for example: production, hq, branch-vn) for easier filtering.
  • Filter Offices by tag or name to focus management.

Map marker

  • Choose longitude/latitude by clicking on the map or dragging the marker; longitude/latitude fields will update automatically.

Operations

  • Use Overview to see agent and alert summaries per Office.
  • Use tags to create reports or priority alerts for important Offices.
